No discovery call template. No sales sequence.

Thirty minutes, no charge, no sales sequence. Pick a time at least three days out and say what you are dealing with. Best if you want to talk it through before writing anything up.

A structured intake: scope, timeline, and the systems involved. Best when the project is defined and you want a considered response.
What to send
A short email with:
- Who you are and what organization
- The system, project, or problem you are looking at
- A timeline if there is one
- Whether you have already engaged an integrator or are still in procurement
The shorter and more specific the email, the faster the response.

What to expect
The first conversation is a 30-minute call. By the end you will have a clear view of the scope, how the engagement would work, and whether I am the right fit. If I am not, I will say so directly and point you toward someone who is.
