If you have a project coming up, a system that is not performing the way it should, a procurement that needs technical input, or a compliance requirement you are trying to translate into actual infrastructure work, the first step is a direct conversation. No discovery call template. No sales sequence.
What to send
A short email with:
- Who you are and what organization
- The system, project, or problem you are looking at
- A timeline if there is one
- Whether you have already engaged an integrator or are still in procurement
The shorter and more specific the email, the faster the response. Most get a same-day or next-business-day reply.

What to expect
The first conversation is usually 30 to 45 minutes. By the end you will have a clear view of the scope, how the engagement would work, and whether I am the right fit. If I am not, I will say so directly and point you toward someone who is.
